An API key does not need this form — that is self-service at /key and takes a minute. This is for the weights, for running it inside your own building, or for a higher limit. We read every application ourselves and reply by email.

EH14 X goes to institutions under a written agreement. The questions below are what that agreement rests on.

What happens next

  4. For a higher limit on the open halves, we raise it on the key you already have.

Why we ask this much

The two open halves carry their boundary in the code: there is no way to write human sequence, and designing only works against a fixed list. EH14 X has neither. Its boundary is this form and the agreement behind it, which is the honest reason the questions are longer than you would like.
